Paper Wedding Flowers

Brides are buzzing about paper flowers for weddings – the new trend in DIY (though a big undertaking, we might not recommend doing it yourself) but a great style addition when your dream blossom might not be in season or available in your remote destination location.  While traveling with big paper blooms might not make sense for you, packing a few paper details for your ceremony structure or to be hung above your sweetheart table may be the perfect marriage of available floral and what you’ve always dreamed of for your big day.

I love the idea when one of you might be sensitive to a smell or have an allergy – you can have your cake and eat it too!

For places to incorporate them – perhaps dress up the ladies room with paper flowers on the mirror or brighten up a rehearsal dinner by giving each guest a paper flower to wear in your color palette.  Of course centerpieces are the obvious choice, but keep in mind what you’re traveling with, shipping, and paying in cost vs local product.  Paper flowers peppered in between fresh blooms add dimension to your already amazing decor!
