Cabo San Lucas Destination Wedding

mexico destination weddingDana and Josue shared their wedding day with 40 of their closest friends and family in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  Extending the celebration beyond just the wedding day, the group spent five days in villas in a private community, making Mexico their temporary (and oh-so luxurious) home.  Before the wedding, guests were surprised with a dinner cruise (which doubled as a rehearsal dinner) to the Arch of Cabo, the sea lion colony and over to the Pacific side of the region.  As Dana recalls, “Our guests were ecstatic beyond belief and it was the PERFECT event for the day before the wedding!”

But before they set sail on their wedding adventure, Dana got down to details!  The couple incorporated paper products perfectly themed for their destination wedding.  Guests were invited to attend via a passport themed invitation with a boarding pass RSVP by Custom Paper Works and a save the date was sent to look like a vintage postcard from Mexico.passport themed wedding invitationsThe big day took place on a private beach, away from it all, in the exclusive seaside community of Palmilla Cove.  Following the ceremony, guests ventured up to Club Ninety-Six for a poolside reception and celebration.  The couple wanted a location that was both meaningful to them and affordable.  Josue’s parents were both born in Mexico and the groom’s sister and brother-in-law had a house in the community so it became the perfect spot to give them ample time with loved ones, while remaining budget conscious.cabo san lucas weddingDana and Josue welcomed their guests in style!  Not only did each couple receive a welcome bag filled with swag and tasty goodies, but included in them were perfectly planned and of course, customized weekend itineraries by Boda Belle Events & Design!  No paper product detail was overlooked at this destination wedding!destination wedding invitationsThe ceremony took place right on the sand.  The ceremony structure was build and dressed with orchids in the bride’s DIY style, while starfish dressed the guests’ chairs.  The beautiful bridal bouquet was adorned with a pearl ring wrapped around it, given to her to use by her maid of honor (the ring previously belonging to the MOH’s grandmother). cabo wedding
