Ashley and Ted decided on an elopement for two in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. The couple enlisted Katie Nugent Photography to capture the intimate big day and part of that experience was enjoying a little beach time before boarding the boat that would be their wedding location.
The couple kept it very carefree – the bride even did her own hair and makeup and picked flowers from the garden where they were staying to carry with her on the wedding day.
The sunset ceremony was sweet and sentimental as the pair said I do over the ocean before enjoying a dinner complete with champagne on the sailboat’s deck.
They also spent some time in town, getting to know the locals while wondering in their wedding attire. Many well wishes were given from passerbyers!
This couple reminds us that it doesn’t take a big guest count to make some incredible wedding day memories!
